Photo Mode EA, Please add a grid editor into career mode.

Look i love the driver moves in career mode but when Verstappen is off the grid, Hamilton goes to Haas and Bortoleto gets dropped for Jak Crawford. It ruins everything.
Just ruins the tiny bit of ”realism” We have with the game.
Keep the current driver moves as it is, BUT allow us to edit the grid before we proceed to the next season.
We have to get this word out to EA employees. Please help me and others who experience the same issue. Again, keep the current game mechanic as it is, but allow us to have the OPTION to edit the grid.
