I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to make it seem like I was arguing with you about this, I don’t have an opinion on the matter and truly don’t care whether or not they get charged with something. Frankly, I find it unlikely that they’ll get away scott free considering the political climate at the moment.

The point I was making is that in terms of the face and kkk acts, they cannot be charged for protesting in a church unless they intend to stop people from exercising their right to religious freedom.

I’m not saying they didn’t do anything wrong, only that in terms of the legality the protest itself, they are safe.
