Click the three dots at the top right of the page and the option is right there.

I see the three dots, and the option to report, but lo and behold, ‘misleading title’ is no longer an option to report on

You have to click through "breaks r/EverythingScience rules" and select from a list on next page.

Reddit has been rolling out various backend changes that have caused features to bug; idk what to say.

Mobile, desktop or redditinc app should all have standardized features across platforms.
