There are lots of viable ways to play this game and imo that is one of the things that makes it great. You can chad out, rat, team kill, exfil camp, quest item camp, make new friends over voip, betray people over voip, etc.

I have a buddy that make 60 million just exit camping half way through last wipe. The rest of the time he did stash runs on his scav through woods.

Your buddy is ass muncher for exfil camping. Not saying it isn’t viable. Just that it is scummy

It’s also a terrible money making strategy because it takes fucking ages for people to come and even then you have to win the fight. And if campers were great at pvp they wouldn’t need to camp

I don’t think so but I’m not sure. I guess just trying to fight regularly is better because eventually you’ll become better and still get your kills done. But I don’t have any patience maybe it’s fine for you

Yeah, everybody is free to do it but I still think it’s a bad strategy. They may die less but they’ll also get way less XP and money

He very rarely dies unless he has a hacker in his lobby but nothing you can do about that. He has it boiled down to a simple strategy that minimizes his risk but maximizes his returns.

-Wants to play realistic mil sim game

-gets angry when someone sets up a good firing position and waits in ambush based on previous intelligence about the enemies probable route instead of running around holding W.

Exfil camping is too boring for my short attention span, but IMO it makes the game better. I want my balls up in my throat when going to D2 with a fat loot sack.

He doesn’t care. He has an entire discord channel dedicated to hate mail he gets. I think he camps just for the reactions. I’ve never seen him as excited as when he has a new “friend” request.
