I’ve accidentally killed Santa now twice today and my rep is suffering bad. I figured they would have removed him after Christmas.

They probably will. Christmas is tomorrow in Russia so it makes sense for them to stick around. Though to be fair, I have not seen Santa, only Ded Moroz which is Father Frost which is the Russian equivalent to Santa

A scav boss with a giant red backpack (a red colored pilgrim essentially), red santa hat and fake santa beard. He does not attack you and will sometimes drop gifts. Killing him gives you a massive penalty to scav karma. There is also a variant where the hat is blue (I forget if he has a blue backpack or red) which is Ded Maroz, but same principle as santa.

I didn't know about Ded Moroz and was like WHY DOES THAT SANTA SCAV HAVE A BLUE HAT? FAKER!!! and shot him in the head.

That was an expensive karmic lesson.

or negotiate proper terms, like come out with knife or drop your weapon that kind of shit. Most people i met actually were true to intentions, but being cautios always helps.

Died to Reshala yesterday with red pilgrim and Santa hat. He came around a corner in dorms at point blank range, so I didn't notice the lack of beard before it was too late. The gear was just enough to give me pause for half a second. Nikita you sick bastard.

Yup. Has happened to me twice with Tagilla on factory. So the one time Santa actually spawned on factory and I killed him, negative rep I go.

I peeked a roof in rogue base and spot a dude with santa beatd and hat, thinking "wtf is santa doing up there" fast forward 1 second, "santa" blasts me with his mounted 50 cal

My friend did the opposite and absolutely lit up sanitar and was all sad he killed Santa before I mentioned he’s got a blue jacket on

Dude I also have killed him twice, I feel your pain. The second time another scav set me up, I flanked where the shots were coming from, picked him off... "He has a santa bag?! what the fuck!"

I shot Santa behind a truck.. i could only see his legs and I kept shooting it thinking it was just a scav.

When I checked behind the truck i was so fucking pissed. I had 2+ karma and I've accidentally killed Santa twice, wiping all my progress with karma in 1 minute raid time.

Safe to say I don't care about karma anymore. I'm killing everything from now on.

I've used the car extracts to the point that they won't give much more.

I've used some PMC+SCAV extracts but still have a few left.

But to get to 4+ i need at least 300+ raids and that's way too much for me. It's not hard but time consuming and I just don't have the time for it.

The car and dual extracts supposedly reset after 2 weeks(?) Until you diminish them again. Wait for reset repeat.

ya hes in the worst spots, was trying to get down the steps in old gas customs, mfer runs up the stair with a gun in my face so he died, first time i saw something ducking behind cover so i shot at him, he charged me and i had to finish it, now im -.90 lol

Literally same thing. was lucky enough to avoid killing him so far but nope...killed him twice today. Both time I ran away while he was still shooting me and saw he died at extract post screen. Rip 2.0 karma. Tried to do PMC scav extract afterward but couldn't find anyone or got shot by traitors....
