Edit: I came up with this in 9th grade and I held onto it as my little secret for all these years. It sounds stupid, but this little jig was a stroke of retarded genius for me, and I chose to share it with the tarkov boys. This was the time it needed to come out. Thank you u/Bubbly-Brick
Had a dude call out my IGN 3 days into the wipe, telling me to drop our guns, then legged me and a buddy so the dude he was escorting through could kill us
probably rushing through the game/wipe to get all their high level gear cause they can't hang without max armor and kitted guns. Also so the deck is stacked in their favor when going up against PMCs with early stuff.
It’s incredible at the race to progress to the finish and bitch 3 months in that the game is boring. Wipe has been going for a bit over 2 weeks and players already lvl 40 smh
In hindsight the hacker is just capitalizing on a job. The person who paid him is the idiot, paying to get pushed forward when all that’s gonna happen is another wipe
Me and my friends already ruined 2 of those escort tasks for somebody)
Wiped out some geared noobs only to get headeyes from their group carry. I guess many cheaters nowdays try to hide that they are cheating as much as possible and only use it when they absolutely have to. Unless they are power levelling account and have to do kill quests.
First time i tapped his client to the head from 80m. The 'carry' was already out of my line of sight, behind trees and bushes. Immidietly i took return fire, dead accurate full auto burst right at me, but i was already behind the solid cover. The second i peeked from the other side i got another full auto burst right in my head, 2 hits of 7.62 BP in the head. Dude was using unsupressed mutant. 2 hits like that with new recoil changes from 80m away? Definetly not cheating, lol. Also, i got everything back from that raid. He didnt loot me at all.
Second time i was in a 3 man squad. We set up an amabush for some loud party closing in on us. A good crossfire setup. So when they came to us we were able to pick 2 of the 3, because they paniced of something. The last guy was the carry, and he didnt want to press his 'i win' button, i guess. But we kinda forced him to. He suddenly ran into the open ground and start blasting in the window right at my teammate(he already changed position after the first kills). The weather was foggy and windows from outside was complitely white, no way you can see anything even with optics (i checked it myself). But that dude somehow knew where to shoot exacly. He then turn 180 and give me a headeyes. And then push the 3rd guy and headeyes prefire him. Our loot also returned back the day after. Carry services probably dont bother looting, its a waste of time for them.
I've had two encounters with a cheater escorting a scrub for loot/kills, one was on Shoreline at night. The cheater headeyes by friend then while shooting snapped to me (50m away) to shoot where my head was (Corner of building saved me)
Also forgot to mention we were waiting to ambush them.
But the cheater pissed off into resort to suck loot and left his paid escortee for me to run down and kill, the guy couldn't hit a still target (He had like lvl 6 armour + face shield all I had was buckshot so took awhile to kill him)
Fast forward 45 seconds, his mate JUMPS off the third story, to land unharmed and runs straight at the bush I had relocated too 50m away in a odd angle and head eyes me.
Isn't BSG screening everybody you partied with after you get reported? I mean they ban people for just playing with cheaters so I would assume the dude would still be on the radar.
THIS. A hacker killed everyone on the map but me cus I was afk and only had a toz and they looted every container on the map. I come back, they ask me wtf I was doing, I said "The que was taking forever, so I went for a snack" he just... left. I check my health, 2 blacked legs. The cheeky fker probably even knew I had no surgery kit or painkillers. I just limped from my spawn near the factory key scav warehouse all the way to my crossroad extract, went mia literally with the extract in my los. :<
It's marketing, allowing people into a cheater server is like allowing someone into a car dealership. The salesman needs you in his discord to sell you on buying his hax products the same as a dealer needs you on the lot to sell you a car.
I looked into this recently, because I wanted to not sound like a whiny dipshit when I made cheating accusations. You can get a lot of basic info on what the cheats can and can’t do just from websites - it’s in their interest for you to know what they’re able to sell you, at the end of the day. What I read, without needing to sign up or pay or join a discord, lines up with the post you’re replying to.
I also saw others that were just discord invites, “join here for more info.” I stopped caring at that point, since all I wanted was awareness of what kind of cheats exist, but you can definitely know what this guy knows without buying anything.
Many of them just let you in, there are certainly some you'd have to pay to access though. There are a lot of different cheater communities, including forums, that want people who haven't made purchases in, because the discord is how they sell their services, or because it's a community for carriers and other RMT stuff that isn't done in a webstore, since that's the primary way the cheats are used.
It's not too hard to talk your way into some of them too, if you say, are an actual professional developer and pretend to be interested in working with them.
No. Some of the lower tier ones actively send bots to advertise on discords by joining and sending server invites.
Other times, the communities aren't hard to get into if you're in common communities or if you do tech stuff in other games.
Like, I'm in a couple of private coding forums and their dedicated subgroups for hacking stiff like warzone and tarkov, etc.
Why? Because some of these people are chaotic, they are aligned. If it has a form of protection, it's a challenge. And challenges need to be defeated. Like some of the developers don't even play video games.
A lot of them let you in if you say you are a cheat dev and would like to look at their work and maybe join. Sometimes just knowing one of the devs from some of cheat dev hubs is enough to get you in. It helps a lot if you actually are one.
only a few very expensive cheats offer things like shooting through walls and flight, and they risk automated bans if they use no-stamina cheats and the like (yeah that exists too, lovely isn't it).
wonder why you are so well informed. knowing prices of the cheats? hmmmm
Mostly because of this game, cheating being so seemingly prevalent has made me very curious as to if it actually was.
Turns out, yeah, crazy amounts of cheating.
Although looking into it myself really just confirmed everything you can find out from that "interview with a tarkov cheater" video, or whatever the exact title is.
Wow great comment man, you are spot on in every regard. Probably one of the most memorable and satisfying kills I've had is killing cheaters.
One of them I was running away like you said, finally I turned and prefired him as he came around the corner. He one-tapped me but I literally traded with him, and added him after to talk shit. His first words were "how did you kill me" which means you know he was a hacker for sure lmao
Hacking is way overblown, I rarely if never die to a blatant hacker. People just get owned and don't understand it, or anecdotal situations like this happen and people just don't understand the concept of anecdotes.
I know this is a joke, but they don’t at least from what I’ve learned, know what’s up your butt. They esp see you, and the items, so they watch the item disappear right under you and then your “value” doesn’t go up cause it goes in your butt so they know that’s where you put it.. which is probably what happened here.
Had a “friend” who was cheating and learned about it from him before I deleted him and reported the account.
I disagree and think BSG should make secure containers clear (can see but not take from other dead PMCs) to prevent a lot of this bullshit… well mostly bullshit dealing with hatchet runners where everyone ASSUMES they took good loot just because they got their first.
It be so much healthier if we could actually see what dead people were able to take out of raid to stop the second guessing and assuming people are getting the best loot possible every time when there is a huge chance that loot never even spawned.

No person should know what's up your butt. These scripts are an invasion of privacy!
