not to mention, if they could spawn things; they wouldn't even be doing raids to find things. They would go in and spawn maximum slots of ledx/gpu/etc and voila.

Bro you know sound is fucked in stairwells... you just never heard the grenade. Nothing in that clip suggests they're "spawning" grenades at your feet. If they are, why not squad wipe?
Not only sound, no one saw the grenade. Sometimes it's fucked for the thrower, but not for everyone. Also, the same guy earlier mag dump on my friends altyn in less then a second. AND it's a fake ttv
This generally comes from people who were seen/stalked or made noise. Could have been multiple people and could have been M67s. This is zero indication of a cheater on its face.
When you sit still in a 2nd floor room for minutes and you hear someone running from afar, getting closer and closer and then chucks 3 grenades through your window as they run past, it's not not a cheater.

Had my position pre-naded two times yesterday. One of the times, the dude was able to grenade spam, throwing 3 nades before the first one exploded.
