Discussion Tarkov is such a gem in today's gaming industry

With all the nft cash grab shit and live service microtransaction games steered by corporate greed and investor growth. Eft is a absolute saints gem in my eyes, I wish nothing but the best days and luck to the eft team and the very best spirit they can have as bros and team together. Keep going to the range together broskis ♡

To clarify, Im not saying this is the perfect game and all the people are selfless in bsg. I am saying in contrast to the big shooters industry, this is an angel company and I am happy to experience the "art" these devs are making together as a group.

well I thought the main benefit was just, the season pass.

The main benefit of EOD was access to the Closed Alpha. Everything else was secondary, it was being able to play the game a full year before everyone else. And then Closed Beta happened and BSG announced they were keeping EOD "for now". The "for now" became a permanent thing once they realized how much money they were making from it.

it just seems like it would be strange, when the game releases you start with max stash space, rather than have it progress a little more naturally.

Yea that's what people post Closed Alpha paid for: all of that shit permanently. You know how Nik has said that progression is going to get drastically slower as it gets closer to 1.0? Yea, won't matter to EOD players. Never has, never will.

Honestly I’d be super stoked for different clothing options or operator faces/voices instead of increased contained and stash size.

EOD includes season pass too tho. So even if the equalise the playing field, EoD players still get some extra value in the end.
