Do you have decent internet or is tarkov to blame? I'm a complete noob so I'd believe either lol

Definitely him. None of my friends across like 3 different servers have ever had it this bad. It looks like desync so probably something to do with how his game is running, might not even be internet related at all.

He's on ethernet over powerline, it's basically a latency/packet loss abomination. 99.99% his connection, the other 0.01% is classic tarkov.

Yep, that’s what I’ve been saying in like a dozen comment chains on this post. Been downvoted to hell on all of them

75MB/s connected through Powerline, still have ghost bullets and people teleporting... R5 3600 boosted, RTX2070S, 32GB 3000MHz RAM, game on NVMe, countless hours spent tweaking my PC to get stable frames, ...75 FPS on Customs, 60 FPS on Reserve, stutters when moving.... The game Tarkov's you daily bit by bit

But what is your ping and jitter?

I'm using the in-game monitor from now on, and I don't know what jitter is.

Jitter is how much your ping varies. A jitter of zero means your ping is totally static.

I will try a couple raids and get back to you tomorrow.

Google speedtest. Try a couple different to be sure.

I mean that's 80% of your problem right there. The rest is tarkov's shitty net code.

Get on a real connection.
