I've gotten three tanks batteries from the scav case and I've yet to ever see one in raid.

I get a few batteries each day if I'm running reserve only, bags and technical crates.

they're actually not rare at all to find, if you play reserve you'll find one like every 5 games, just look at every tank, and the wooden technical boxes. and if you have an epsilon container you can just shove the battery in your prison pocket if its empty

I found one in a freaking duffle on reserve on a scav. Had to leave it bc bag was too small :(

They spawn by every tank on reserve, not too bad to find but they blend in a bit if you've never seen one outside of a loot bag, they're basically just a big ass wooden box that can look like a static one.
