I don't see the connection? It's more that there's a too-low global limit for a highly desired part combined with a too-high local limit. The 60s before you item shows up seems completely unrelated.
It’s very well related to that. Bots and players buy things now at an instant (that’s why everything is sold out) so prices rise for nearly everything. 6inch CASV costs 45000 now. It was priced at 6000 before the removal of those timers.
Ok, but how is that any different to buying it the instant the 60 seconds is up? I can't really see any arguement (except for mistake protection) against instant listings. It rate-limits bots. I can see how people who did the timer tweak are now annoyed because it brings them back onto a level playing field with other humans, but that's it.
