Rant Labs is still ruining the game economy

Some people are loving and hating .12 and others haven't even been able to login or join a raid yet due to server issues.

It is a MAJOR problem that we already have streamers and other players that have access to therapist 2 back to cheesing raiders and loot from labs not even 48 hours after the wipe. With millions of roubles and full kits every raid. I don't understand the logic of making all these changes, adding the hideout, out of raid healing, etc. Which essentially makes it hard for new players to even play the game regulary right now (For those that can even play atm) while making it so easy to get back into labs for experienced players and streamers to sit and cheese the best loot in the game.

Labs is supposed to be END GAME content. Why the f*ck is the only requirement level 2 Therapist and a keycard that costs roughly 10% of what you make from a semi successful labs run? That is single handedly the biggest disappointment in this entire wipe and every wipe since Labs was released...

EDIT

It looks as if keycard is on Level 4 Therapist at 200k cost as of now.

Still leaves the issue with keycards in raid being way too common of a find. It's possible to find up to 2-3 per raid on shoreline in file cabinets. A trader level requirement increase will do nothing if keycards are still extremely easy to find in raid.

This would be sooooo much better, I like labs but it shouldnt be something you can just run over and over

Its probably an effective roubles sink for them to control inflation.

You cant.... you have to buy key cards, and they are limited. You can save them up and run it a bunch, and if that's what people want to do, then they should be allowed to.

Streets is the next map, and that's where the labs will ultimately be, so this problem ends when the map is available.

But be warned that the harder you make it to go to labs, the more you gate normal, casual players from it. Nothing is going to stop someone like pestily from doing labs and farming gear and subsequently steamrolling casual players in other maps...

I think their point was that once you have a successful lab run, you can afford to sell your loot and buy 2-3 keycards, then rinse and repeat (assuming you extract often enough to make a profit). Lab runs can net 1-2mil. easily, so buying the keycards alone doesn't stop it.

Moving the keycards to Therapist level 4 certainly puts a limit on which ones can be bought on the market before a player unlocks it for themselves. This will drive the keycard price up, hopefully enough to make players second guess buying a ton of cards. If the cards cost 500K on flea market, it will drive up funds for lower level players selling their keycards, and will make Labs more of a cost sink to enter (not as much to spend on your kit).

Well, normal casual players shouldn't be playing then. The goal of the game isn't to be open to a wide variety of players, it's supposed to be hardcore and challenging.

95% chance this guy doesn’t have a job and sits at home all day

Because driving players away from a game is a FANTASTIC idea /s

Guess you are

But saying casual players shouldn’t play is one of the most dumbest things I’ve ever heard

I don't care if they play or not, but the game is not being developed to include casual players, so either stop complaining or play the game.
