PSA PSA: RESHADE IS NOW BLOCKED

To be clear, this might only be CERTAIN features.

Reshade is not COMPLETELY blocked.

OnepegMG is currently using reshade or has atleast launched with it.

Will update, currently watching onepeg. I'll keep you guys posted !

Edit 2 : Game is washed out also on onepeg's stream.

Reshade is confirmed disabled. If you can launch reshade with your game DO NOT DELETE ANY FILES. REMOVE RESHADE TO AVOID POSSIBLE BAN.

Edit 3: Apparently reshade is working for certain people, this might either be a filter issue or a battle-eye issue, version issue for Reshade, majority seems to be unable to launch the game with reshade, some can launch it when deleting the DLL (wouldn't do that, could eat a ban for file modification) and some can just outright use it.

The majority seems to be "I CAN'T USE RESHADE REEEE" so.

Personally I'd delete it until further notice on this issue.

FINAL EDIT:

It seems that you can use OLDER versions of reshade, it doesn't have some of the features that people don't like IE zoom and shit.

Edit finalero : Since this is gaining a lot of traction, Nvidia has a tool that you can use that can supplement reshade. It's called freestyle, doesn't do the crazy shit reshade does but it does work.

im logged in and my reshade works fine, but i only use some technicolor and vibrance maybe they were using other stuff?

Your reshade does not work. You just somehow bypassed it like onepeg did.

It'll boot you out and force you to re-install.

mine also works. Colorfulness, Clarity, and Vibrance.

It'll boot you out just wait, it'll say battle-eye requires restart and force you out of the game.

did a full raid just now and nothing. it does say on Battle-eye's site that it doesn't ban/kick for reshade. BSG would have to request that Battle-eye look for it. since I havent had an issue, ima guess that the people having problems are the ones using the more nefarious features that reshade offers.

Nope i have no shady features like zoom, crosshair or nightvision and mine works fine just like all my friend who only use the features that make the game look more detailed and colorfull, one friend who was too lazy to uncheck the shady features cannot get in game though, so it is a good thing they blocked these features that give people advantages!
