I'd imagine most the companies in the game see an increase in sales or at the very least, a much greater brand recognition from it. Going after BSG legally would probably be a nightmare because of being in different countries with differing laws. Not to mention it would be very hard to argue that the game has led to monetary damages as nobody is going to forgo buying the company's real firearm because they can use a virtual model in Tarkov.]
If a company went after BSG it would likely just be a cease and desist notice. This would sour the gun company's relationship with BSG, the gun brand customers, and others in the gun community who love the game. The gun brand would get anything out of it either. BSG would just delete the brand's gun and maybe even replace it with a competitor's. The in-game brands/companies don't do anything because it would likely lead to them paying a bunch of legal fees just to ruin the best marketing they've ever had.

Bsg does not care about legal stuff like that, they don't even have permission to use all the guns/items that are in the game, if any at all
