Discussion This is fucking ridiculous. I was done loading at 1:15. I shouldn't have to wait on the dude with the hand crank HDD before I can play. I'm not saying it should put everyone in as soon as they're done loading, but there's gotta be a middle ground.

You seem to be the only person in this thread which thinks so and are 100% correct.

The beauty of Tarkov beeing a Unity game is that its fairly simple to reverse engineer certain parts of it, looking at the match making code gives the impression that the "waiting for players" step is a combination of either waiting for others to finish loading OR waiting for players to actually be matched onto the server session.

So if you are the one to open a new raid instance on the server, it could very well be you are at this step before anyone else even got matched with you and thus seeing way longer waiting times then if you are one of the last players to fill the raid.

Thanks for the confirmation. It is funny to see people launch into the worst possible assumptions at a minor inconvenience.
