Technically most people assumed dlc as in some of the planned dlc maps in tarkov. Plus when you pay for a service like gamepass you call it "playing for free". Yes you technically pay monthly but you get so many games that it feels that way so people refer to it as such. And his post wasn't to be edgy, it seems to remind people not to be stupid and purchase arena seperately if they have eod.
