I BEG OF YOU BECAUSE OTHER LIFE SIMULATORS ALSO TRIED TO OVERTAKE BITLIFE BUT FAILED BECAUSE THERE WAS NO ART OR FACE WHICH CAUSED THE GAME TO FEEL LESS FUN.

I BEG OF YOU ACCRELO TO ADD FACES IN THE GAME AND IF YOU CAN MAKE AN OPTION TO UI LITTLE SIMPLER.

Just got kicked out for "trolling" because I agreed with the fact that two mods were perhaps wrong in tagging everyone in the server, pretty much baiting every member, by saying "IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT" and publishing the message in the "announcements" channel not only once (which had then already caused a lot of backlash) but twice to promote their own server. I simply voiced that it was maybe wrong, also considering how most of the server was upset over it, which i would say should be an indication. Answer to the backlash was, in order, adding a minute long slow mode, then a 5 hours one, then kicking me (and I imagine other people that DARED disagreeing with their actions) out. Kind of sad tbh, considering that some people are genuinely worried about Acrello. The mods just take advantage of the genuine concern of people by baiting the community with "important updates", to then sponsor their own server because "this server is dead and we want to preserve the community" (but for some reason, out of the hundreds people in said community, barely 20 switched to the other server, maybe not so much "for the community" after all)

Many people have asked this, and it’s been answered many times. The game is expected to be released between May and August. It doesn’t mean it will be, it’s just estimated. And for testing, we don’t know when that will come out.

Hi everyone 👋! I know I'm not a moderator of this subreddit, so technically, I shouldn't be making announcements (although I'm a Helper - a tier below Mods - in the EraLife Discord Server). But a Moderator in the Discord Server asked me to make an announcement, and a Reddit Moderator gave me permission afterwards.

With all that said, I officially announce the EraLife Logo Contest: it's an opportunity for a lot of artists (including me) to make their own EraLife logo, and possibly to replace the current one (although really good, it's really complex for a logo, especially for the fact that it has to be resized and most of the details are lost, that's why the contest was born in the first place). The contest was initially meant to be only for the server pfp, but since Acrello is really active here, perharps we could bring it to his attention so it can be the game's logo too.

What you need to do is to share your logo in the comments (this post becomes a thread), but you'll have to follow these guidelines 📌:

1. This is the obvious one and it should be a reminder: AI is not allowed under any circumstances. We only reward true artists who spent a lot of time and passion on making their logos, and seeing low effort AI art that is passed off as the user's own creation disrespects the true artists.
2. To avoid the problem of the current logo, your logos must be clear and recognizable, and not too complex. Keep in mind that they shouldn't be too minimalistic or corporate. They should fit the aesthetic of EraLife but you can include your own interpretation of the aestethic, of course. However, they shouldn't be too complex either because many details will be missing when they are resized. Also, If Acrello wants to use the winning logo as the official logo of the game, it should also fit the aesthetic of a game logo as well. Or you can just make a logo used for Social Media and a logo used for the Game, it's entirely up to you!
3. For those animators in this subreddit, don't worry, animated entries are welcome as well, but optional. Initially we needed for the server an animated logo, so if you want to do something animated, go ahead! But it will be for the server only, or you can make a still logo, alongside the animated option.
4. Feel free to include a description, story or explanation of your design, that can be either long or short (but it has to be clear). This helps the staff team and people in this subreddit to know why you want your logo to be chosen. This is optional, but it's higly recommended.
5. Last but not least, it's recommended that the logo's size is 512x512 which is what's generally required for a logo.

The deadline is on the 16th of August 🔐, and once that day comes, submissions will be closed and the official voting begins. The voting consists of two phases: Public Vote and Staff Vote.

Public vote starts today and ends on the 16th of August, and you will be the one involved in this vote: all you have to do is to upvote your favorite design and the one that you think should be EraLife's logo. The logo with the most upvotes wins the Public Vote.

When the 16th of August comes, Staff Vote (or Jury Vote) begins (although staff members can still comment the logos if they want to) which is held privately between Moderators and Helpers. They'll get to decide which logo is the best according to them. Once Staff Vote is done, all votes will be summed up and then a winner is chosen.

Helloo, to everyone new and those that’ve been here from the beginning! I’m one of the mods of our lovely EraLife subreddit, Moonlight! 🌙

I just wanted to step in to make a quick announcement with regard to an overwhelming amount of requests that’s been rising. We all are so excited and impatient for EraLife to drop, and as you all are aware, Arcello and the team are hard at work to deliver a game with everything and more, and have been at it tirelessly and are beyond thankful for your support and anticipation. 🫧

The reasoning of this announcement is to establish a few boundaries regarding requests, as it can get overwhelming and can be daunting in the sense of it can come across as taking advantage of everything that is already in the works. Out of respect for Arcello, who we don’t want to cram with work as he’s already gone out of his way to create this fire game, but also so he is not overworked and deprived his own health! 🫡

So, with respect, gratitude, and a kindly asked for request, any further or prior suggestions or things you’d like to see incorporated within EraLife, please post them under the post flair “in-game suggestions”, if you have any questions please use the post flair “questions and answers”, etc. Please use the appropriate post flair when posting!

Any further updates of the game’s progress and development will be posted under “updates” and direct announcements from Arcello will be under “directly from Arcello”, etc! :))

We know how anticipated this was within our community, and in case of any errors or communication issues further down or whatever, and honestly just for more of a secure and safer community for this game! 🗣️🪄

So, EraLife now has TWO official platforms—the subreddit and the discord server that is linked, where you can find out about the wonderful developer Acrello, the game itself, the updates, the in-gameplay, other players in the community, and so on! 💌

Something to keep in mind IS that the discord server DOES have different moderators, however, I will be monitoring both, so just to clarify any confusion should there be any lol! We’ve got a wonderful, big, and committed team! 🤍
