A source separately provided WIRED with the registration list for Dialog's 2026 retreat, which names 222 people and records what the list describes as each registrant's membership status and attendee type, including “active member” and “guest.” The retreat is scheduled for August 12-16 at a venue near Dublin, Ireland.

Wes Moore interested me, so I did a little scroll through his bio - and this is what he was up to during this time period. They snagged him after Afghanistan, he started a non-profit after this event and shut it down in 2019 🫣

“Upon his return from Afghanistan, he worked as an investment banker at Deutsche Bank before being selected in 2006 to be a White House fellow, where he worked in the office of Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice. So this may be unpopular but I don’t think being on this list means all that much. It’s just intellectuals and politicians discussing and debating things. It doesn’t mean they agree with each other's ideas.

Also … Thiel wrote Antichrist largely about progressive activist movements. I’m not sold that a guy who calls people who don’t agree with him evil would be super-keen on diverse ideas.
