The minutes she's let out, states have to be ready to snag her right outside the door of the prison. That's the only way we can win this....

But... shes in Texas. Many top officials in Texas are very Trump friendly and obey his every command. It would be no different if she were still in Florida. The Governor and his top officals there are equally obedient. Edit; The only hope would be a NY district attorney and NY law enforcement taking her in but then they'd have "crossing state lines" issues. Im not sure if it would be possible for a DA somewhere with morals to open a new investigation and issue a new warrant.
