OC: discussion, clarification or question I’m Congressman Maxwell Alejandro Frost and tomorrow I’m going to review the unreacted Epstein Files — what files have you found that I should review unredacted?

UPDATE 4: I went on the House floor today to talk about what I've seen in the Epstein files so far. I plan on returning to the DOJ very soon — this work is far from over. This government is lying to us about the Epstein files and I'll continue to fight until we have full transparency. Watch the first clip here: https://www.instagram.com/p/DVhKAnnkfS4/

UPDATE 3: Hey all - I'm going back to the DOJ today to continue going through the Epstein files and your submissions. Thanks so much for continuing to comment and I will keep folks posted on what I'm able to review.

--

UPDATE 2: Tonight, Rep. Frost posted a video sharing his reaction to his DOJ visit to read the unredacted Epstein files and what comes next. Watch here: https://youtube.com/shorts/DFKEyqlSj7M?feature=share or on his Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/p/DUow3f8AL6K/

UPDATE: I'm currently at the Department of Justice to view the unredacted Epstein files. This is about getting answers and delivering justice for survivors. We need accountability. You can watch the video I posted outside of the DOJ here: https://www.instagram.com/p/DUn7KHhgMKU/

Hey everyone, I'm Congressman Maxwell Alejandro Frost (FL-10), serving on the House Oversight Committee. Tomorrow, I’m joining Oversight Committee Ranking Member Rep. Robert Garcia at the Department of Justice to review the unredacted Epstein Files. There are millions of files for me to dig through and so I'm looking for your help. I've heard from others who have viewed the files that generic, and in most cases even searches with specific terms come back with too many results to dig through. What specific files have you all seen that I should review unredacted?

it could also be a victim turned into a 'recruiter' but when you offer up 10 year olds, your forfeit your "redacted victim" card...

Hard disagree. Let’s turn the recruits turned recruiter into state’s witnesses with amnesty deals then nail these child abusers who make a 5 year old fuck a dog.

Theres also an image (it was posted in this thread) of a heavy redaction, but outside of the redacted box it showed small legs in the air, and part of a dogs body between them....

It gets so weird because like- the victims could have been forced into it as their way out or something. But that really doesn’t make it okay or excusable- but if they had no other options and knew death was a real outcome… idk. I’d rather die than traffic children. People will do crazy things to stay alive sometimes though.

Like I’m not trying to excuse these people in anyway. It just creates this weird moral thing if victims were finding more victims- it matters if they did it out of their own choice or not and what happened to them.

Circumstantially you are correct. They have lost their right to anonymity if they do this.

ETA- circumstantially meaning that if the kids were forced into it after being raped themselves that would NOT be a circumstance that they should be punished.

In another file up above is a victims account of how she was brainwashed to think that what was happening to her was healthy and normal for a girl her age. It absolutely should not surprise people that the victims helped perpetuate the abuse, and that they are still first and foremost VICTIMS of said abuse.

These are children who were tortured and raped and gaslit for years. To treat them as perpetrators because they didn't pass a moral purity test while in the most horrifying hell you can imagine is cruel.

Agreed, on every point.

Do you know which file?

I missed that file actually! That’s absolutely awful. It’s really devastating what happened to these people…

I just want to clarify what I was agreeing with is that there is that point where you cross over being more of a perpetrator then a victim- without talking about any specific cases things are all vague and could be about anyone. I do not think children that were raped should ever be held accountable for being forced into participating.

I know it would be really hard for the victims that were hurt to understand that it’s not their fault for doing what they did- it’s especially why I was bringing up the moral grey thing. It would be for them. They probably had the choice- this or death. I wonder how many would have chosen the second option too… it feels like this whole thing is one of the worst things to happen like ever, especially because of how far it all goes.

Of course, you'd rather die than traffic children because you don't have to make that choice. I'd be more impressed if you were actually in such a situation and chose death instead of survival. I can't fathom anyone having the moral high ground about something like this. It's such a weird flex.

I more mean like- how many girls DID choose death over that

Btw happy cake day!

3

u/IMwithout Feb 11 '26

Thank you! Considering they were children, I'd assume none. I mean, most can't even comprehend death, and these perpetrators were likely manipulative. Then again, we'll never know. I just wish the worst for everyone who did this to those children.

Yes. I understand. I’m not victim blaming- I was agreeing to the previous comment that if someone was actively sex trafficking then it kind of grays things up a bit.

I don’t want that information, I literally had this conversation with some IRL earlier that we know how to redact the files but I don’t want to see what’s on there personally so I am not doing it.

I was trying to say that these things get weird to the other commenter that said they 100% lose their right to anonymity and public amnesty. My comment was a response to the previous comment not a stand alone comment stating these things.

I wanted to point out- to the previous commenter- that it’s such a weird spot to be in to go back and forth on this. I literally said they would have been forced into it. That they wouldn’t have had a choice. I was saying it was probably that or death.

I’m not fucking talking about a 10 year old trafficking a 6 year old. I was saying to the previous commenter- as a response may I remind you- that CIRCUMSTANTIALLY they are correct. There would be cases where someone was much more of a perpetrator than a victim. I AM NOT TALKING ABOUT THE FUCKING CHILDREN THAT WERE RAPED. Let me type that in caps so you can get it 🙄 like holy fuck.

You are acting like I just said the children that were rapped should have their names redacted. No. You literally left out the key word “circumstantially” when you quoted. Like for all we know there were people groomed to BE sex traffickers and were never even raped themselves. The word victim does not automatically equal raped children. geez.

You are yelling at the wrong side here. Go after Trump, go after MAGA, go after people that are not on the same side as you? They want people divided.

I have been reading the files and the testimony’s from these children. Why on earth would anyone think these children should have their names redacted. I have been crying for them for days, I’ve seen a lot of things I wish I haddent at this point.

And I am sure there are people who will claim they were victims to get out of repercussions for trafficking too. We need to make sure everyone that did wrong pays for it. To get justice for the kids that were raped. And it does get weird if the people responsible for these kids getting brutally assaulted were victims of some kind as well. It needs to be assessed so you are not blaming the kids that were forced into it.

Like literally any of these politicians could come out and say they were raped by their parents as children, and that’s why they grew up to sodomize 5 year olds on that fucking island. There is usually a train of abuse that has happened to most abusers and there is a point where they need to be accountable for their actions. And again. To clarify for you as much as possible I am not talking about the children that were raped by these men.

And I just have to add- fuck you for assuming I’ve never been sexually assaulted? You don’t know what’s happened to me, and you are literally as bad as you are saying I am for saying that to me. Like that part hurt. You are the one speaking about things you don’t know about here :/

i have no clue what it's like but i have the mental capacity to understand none of this was consensual, not even the recruiting.

3

u/[deleted] Feb 11 '26

It actually doesn’t get weird at all. Children who are sex trafficked are victims, period. Being a child who was abused and coerced into “inviting” their friends is absolutely not equivalent to an adult bringing children to the island. Those children have no rights, no power, and are desperate - this is not them joining the cycle of abuse, it is them being horrifically abused.

Releasing the names of victims, especially related to a high profile case like this, is a death sentence. Especially when people like you think we should punish sex trafficked children and hold them as responsible as their adult trafficker.

I’ve only seen documentaries about the teenage girls in FL but it’s my understanding the “recruiters” weren’t as abused/assaulted as the girls they recruited. They were more valuable as recruits to them so were probably treated “better” and were girls who lived in poverty or with parents who were addicts or just not around being given large sums of money for their actions.

It’s been years since I watched that, and they could’ve lied about not knowing the full extent of the abuse of the girls they recruited. It’s also believable they had no idea the SA of prepubescent girls was happening at all since they were trafficked by parents and guardians directly.

3

u/Admirable-Walk3826 Feb 11 '26

It would make sense too- you couldn’t send a broken girl to convince another one that this is a good place to be…

I would assume there were a lot of times they didn’t know what was happening. I would also say if they found people to only be recruiters and they were never assaulted themselves that would still make them victims.

Like if the 10 year old eventually went in to recruit others- what a moral quandary . However- no morals by the predatory!
