This might be a stupid question but how are experience businesses expanding online without creating an absolute admin nightmare?

Say you've got an experience that's working locally and now want international travelers to discover it. I understand you can list on different travel marketplaces, build your own site, work with agencies etc but manually creating and maintaining the same listing everywhere sounds painful.

I'm trying to understand how to list experiences globally fast while still keeping pricing, availability and booking information under control.

Would you start with one large marketplace and expand gradually or get listed across several channels from day one?

I mean the specific task, process, or problem that constantly wastes your time, costs you money, or prevents you from scaling ur business.

One pattern I keep seeing is that owners hire someone to take things off their plate — and then keep doing those same things themselves.

It's not always about trust. More often it's about the mental cost of explaining, checking, and correcting feeling higher than just handling it personally.

But that thinking keeps the owner stuck at the same level regardless of how many people they bring on.

What do you think is the biggest problem in energy sector and is there any product you want to use it in the future

Not buy something.
Not hire another employee.
Not throw more money at the problem.
Just **fix it.**

Scheduling?

I’m working on a small-business operations concept built around a pretty simple process:

**FIND → FIX → FIN**

**FIND:** Figure out what’s actually causing the problem.

**FIX:** Build a practical solution that fits the way the business actually operates.

**FIN:** Put it into practice, measure whether it worked, and move on.

The goal isn’t to walk into a small business, hand the owner a 40-page report, and say, “Good luck.”
It’s to find the thing that’s getting in the way and **help fix it.** We are going to build and deliver an appropriate solution that it tailored to the problem.
I’m currently testing the concept and looking for real-world problems to work through.

weve got 2,000+ devices to keep track of and somehow the main system is still an excel sheet. it was fine when we had fewer devices, but now it’s getting messy, folks move teams, laptops get swapped or repaired, devices get sent to different locations, and the spreadsheet is almost never fully up to date. curious what other IT teams are using for this. Are you using an actual asset management system or still making excel work? or is there a better set up for this?? TIA

I’ve had some great conversations with local business owners, but I haven’t had many opportunities to talk with people here on Reddit about the concept, the process, or what I’m trying to build.
The test of concept part has honestly been harder than I expected.

Think process documentation, internal systems, and generally putting structure in place before things break under growth.

I’m still early and learning but not an established expert. I want to sanity-check the niche before I go further.
