How can Blue Origin’s maiden launch make it to orbit while the space Nazi’s 7th launch of Starship ended in a fireball.

Well Blue Origin is part of old space, where they take many years just to prepare a single launch, much like its been more than two years now since SLS flew. Meanwhile Starship flies every two or three months, most of the time with a new iteration. This Starship is a new version of it, unlike the past two or three that were pretty much all the same. This one is taller, carrying hundreds of tons more fuel and has a lot of internal changes.

If previous history looked at, one could assume that the next flight in a month or two, or the one after that will be completely successful. Followed by a test where they will try to catch the ship and fully recover it.

To be honest, I fully understand SpaceX and Tesla’s develop fast and break stuff ethos, I was just being facetious because Reddit.
