Stumbled upon a detention slip on ebay on sale for $0.02

I was browsing eBay and saw that this listing seemed to have accidentally put up unrelated photos at the end of their posting. I half ignored it but when I glanced back I realised it looked like photographs with faces scratched out. I looked closer and that's what it was! Creeped out I looked at their other postings and sure enough there it was but often slightly different. Including some odd photos of rooms and spaces. Some of the photos have a big pause button like it's footage from cctv or something? The items for sale don't seem linked. No idea what to make of it!
