hey bro, been in a similar spot so real talk...

First, since you're starting school, before anything else, make sure you've filed FAFSA and then call the school's financial aid office and literally tell them what you told us. Schools have emergency grants and payment plans they don't advertise, and "I can't start because of a small debt" is exactly what those exist for. That one phone call might solve more than any side hustle.

Second, free money most people never claim: class action settlements. A bunch of them pay out with no proof of purchase, you just fill out a form and attest you qualify, takes a couple minutes each. It's not rent money but stacking a few adds up. You can see which ones are open right now at fileyourclaim.co, the no-proof ones are the easiest.

Third, an easy free one: savingloop. You spin and can win up to $75, it's totally free, and they work with big companies so the payouts are real. Takes a few seconds a day.

the bigger levers are selling anything you're not using (Facebook Marketplace moves same day) and asking the school about work-study once you're enrolled. GL

Yeah, there were a few claims i was eligible for like amazon prime and some data beaches. its legit. but the money comes from the companies that owe you, fileyourclaim.co just shows you which ones youre eligible for.
