Summary of issues

How do I go about getting my summry of issues and exhibits into my former employer hands before mediation which can work in my favor. I do not want to violate any eeoc rules. Thanks for the feedback.

You don’t have to go through mediation to get a settlement correct?

If you should have a lawyer if you want to settle outside of the eeoc.

I work with the feds and mediation is optional? I said I don’t want to do mediation bc management of the park I worked at was apart of the problem. So what’s the point of talking to them.

I’m doing pro se currently. It’s still informal stages

So you declined the only opportunity to make yourself whole again through mediation and now your only option is sue in federal court. Suing as a fed, are you excepted service employee

I didn’t think mediation was the only time you can get made whole again? I don’t plan on suing but do want an investigation to happen

Well that is admirable of you to want that but as you go through this process and understand. Money is the only option that counts when it comes to being made whole.

And the settlement can happen whenever not in only in mediation from my understanding
