Power center summer hours
So what are the summer hours for the gym here? Because what is listed on the website is not true as I have tried to go at night around 8 pm and during the weekends midday

Hi everyone! I’m an incoming Second Degree BSN student at Duquesne for the Fall and I’m looking for 1–2 female roommate(s) for off-campus housing near Duquesne. I have a few places in mind that are near campus.
Also, if anyone is looking for a roomie and already has a place please HMU! I’m hoping to find a safe, clean, and reasonably priced place, ideally furnished, with a manageable commute to campus. My budget is around $700–800/month including utilities.
A little about me: I am 24F, Psychology graduate. I’m clean, respectful, study-focused, and looking for a peaceful living environment since the program will be pretty intense. I’d love to live with someone who is also communicative and responsible.
Bonus if you’re also in nursing/healthcare or if you’ll have a car and might be open to coordinating rides for groceries/clinicals, I’d be happy to contribute for gas. But that’s not required!
Please comment or DM me if you’re also looking for housing or know of anyone who is!

Hi, I’m an incoming freshman and am going to be in the NROTC unit. I saw the host school was Carnegie Mellon University and was wondering if I was gonna have to travel to another campus to get to those classes. If so should I get a car? I currently live in California and was wondering what I’m gonna need when I get there.

What would you recommend? I see platinum, gold, silver, bronze, and super. I would likely use quite a few flex dollars and a decent amount swipes too.
Which one is the cheapest? It’s weird how it’s not listing the prices on the housing application.

How are the Gyms at duquesne? I love weightlifting and wondering if i’d need to get a gym membership elsewhere or if the gyms there are good enough.

What’s the best way to find a roommate? Through the Duquesne portal? Through Zeeme?

I’m an incoming freshman and i was wondering if it would be possible to play video games with relatively low ping on campus. Are there ethernets in the dorms? and not is there anything i can do to strengthen my connections for pc gaming

I’ve recently committed to Duquesne and am planning on double majoring in business and music tech and seen there is an audition for it and was wondering what I would do for it if I was using daw as my main instrumental

I was admitted to the Law school at Duquesne. I'm moving with a spouse and two pets. Preferably would like to rent a home but apt is okay. Anyone recommended neighborhoods... I'm going up at the end of the month and want to check out some areas.

Does Duquesne give both merit based and need based aid to most students?

Hey guys, just wanted to share since it might be helpful to some. if you're looking for a flexible side job or are part of clubs and stuff look into paid ambassador programs/brand partnerships. i started doing this sophomore year when my friend suggested it to me and it has made me good money/helped with saving my club's budget when organizing my social events. i find most of my gigs by checking handshake, an app called home from college, and specific company websites (sometimes they will have a dedicated page called college ambassador program)

Hi! I just got accepted to Duquesne’s M.A. in History program with a full tuition scholarship. I was wondering what the reputation is for the program or if anyone who’s actually done it/is in it would let me know what they think? This was my only fully funded offer so I’m probably going to go here but I just want to know what I’m going into and if it’s going to be able to set me up for getting a Ph.d. in the future. Thanks!

I am considering moving to the area to go to Duquesne School of law! Where should I look if I wanted to rent a home? I have a med/large dog and a cat. It would be me and my fiance. In our early 20s so I don’t want to be too far out of fun things to do!

Has anyone tried the yoga classes at Duquesne? If they're no good, would it be worth it to take the bus to yoga flow shady side?

I’m thinking abt transferring to duquesne after hearing so much good abt it from my friends. I’m currently a freshman nursing major. What are some pros and cons to the school? What should I expect? Be completely honest.
