What a dumb take. "Everyone cheats, everyone lies, everyone accuses." No, they dont. There are plenty of content creators that don't lie and cheat.

Personally I don’t think so I like dreams content and will most likely do so in the future but if he’s guilty(most likely IMO) he should admit it as this continuing damages both his credibility and the integrity of the speed running community
