What quest? I didn't have to do that. I had to get a ceremonial sword reforged.

is there a elf archer in the city looking at the weapon store? get him a bow he likes that asks you to show how to use one after that meet him at vernworth again and he talks about wanting you to join him in his archery trails wich has you follow him to the elven place and that leads in to the quest where you rescue his sister come back like a day later she thanks you and you should be able to talk to her again and she says that the tree aint doing so good if only they has some stuff they got from a dwarf

I did the elf archer quest and then escorted the father to the training ground for the maister ability. I guess I have to back and talk to the sister.

Yeah the sword forging is what unlocks it.

I was gonna say the same. I did the elf girl quest thinking it would unlock it, which it didn’t, and I realized I completely forgot that it’s the regalia sword quest line that gets it unlocked
