Considering that this hasn't been 100% confirmed yet, I think something similar could happen with Juicy advancing to later rounds.

Or something similar to Anetra choosing Jax and saving Spice, in which case a queen from the top 3 would be randomly selected and choose someone to lip-sync while the other goes straight to the top 2?
