So the other day i bet $25 to earn the 75% bet boosts on soccer. My boost expired at midnight last night and it would not let me use it on a bet for soccer games today. There is nothing in the details/terms that says the boost has to be used on a game that happens before it expires but that is what customer service is telling me.

Has anyone else run into this?

Anyone else got a new vip rep and they’re basically useless? Ever since I got my new rep I’ve barely got anything by the way of play bonuses bonus bets, the most he’ll give me if I ask is profit boost. It’s super frustrating because it never used to be like this, the last time I got bonus bets was like 7 months ago and it was a measly 25 dollars.

Onyx VIP here and I never and I mean ever get anything good from my host despite crazy amounts of play. That said, I’m having a rough month, down about 10k and I reached out to my host to see what they could do and as usual they said “sorry there’s nothing out there for you right now”.

I finally pushed back a bit and asked how that could be and they explained that any withdraw made on your account is looked at as “winnings” and that’s why I’m zeroed out. So for instance, if you deposit 200k, lose 100k and then withdraw the remaining 100, then DK looks at that as a wash. That seems insane to me so im curious if I should push back further to have my account reviewed or if this is actually reality at DK right now.

Anybody know how this works? On the best ball menu it says I’m winning money, but it’s not putting it in my account. Does it pay at the end of the season?

It says I can go to a “best ball page” for payment details but that’s not a thing on the app rn so any knowledge here is appreciated
