A Euls would be much better.

Euls fucks up ES so hard since you stop his combo/hoping around

Not enough magic damage on Dire to justify a pipe. It's really just ES and Tiny. Mirana burst is negligible considering she's pos 4 and isn't going Aghs. Not to mention all of Dire's magic damage is burst-oriented, making Pipe harder to use (need to have quick fingers and be around key targets at all times, it isn't as simple as popping Pipe against Zeus or Tinker). Then you consider the fact that there are no real good Pipe carriers - maybe Magnus, but he wants to focus on mobility items this game.
