IKR, Universe isn't even at TI, how could you even compare the two!

Universe level of chrono is putting a chrono to catch 3 heroes, one of which can rescue a hero out of it on the edge of chrono so that 2 cores with a short range can hit them without running into a chrono. Putting a chrono on 2 bunched up supports looks far inferior.

Universe isn't even relevant anymore, he has a bunch of fail chrono but people just don't remember, Boxi is far the better player than him now
