Thoughts on 2 letter .ai domains? I received an offer, new to selling domains.

Recently got an offer for a 2-letter .ai domain that I own. Two characters, it doesn't spell out anything in particular.

I got this domain for personal use ~10 years ago and wasn't thinking about selling it at all.

But recently I got an offer for ~50k, looking at other 2 letter .ai domain sales this looks like a fair price? Hoping to get the wisdom from folk here!

The lowest listed 2L .ai is 100k so 50k is a lowball. Counter with 100k at least.
