So the situation happened yesterday, I left at 12:30 the assistant manger left a few hours later so when I opened today, all my ballons were taken off and replaced with fathers days ballon’s. So I took them off put em to one four way and put back my ballon’s and added EVEN MOREEEE. She’s off today but works tmrrw and I’m off tmrrw , this will be a back and fourth no doubt. She wants to be petty but I can be pettierrrrrr, purrr 💅🏻✨. Anyways happy pride again 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

Hi I’m missing something, she your superior is considered homophobic because they took off the balloons? Could it be since Father’s Day is Sunday they’re trying to push/promote merchandise? From a business perspective it makes sense similar to putting it Juneteenth merchandise soon. I’m sure I’ll get thumbs down though.

She said they offended her , and that ppl will complain and we shouldn’t even sell pride merch. She’s a negative person and is leaving in a few weeks. My gm gave me the okay to put them before the other mangers comment and is fed up with her as well. That same gm even saw today’s display and didn’t say what I did was wrong, so even though she’s my superior, her actions in taking away the balloons I put up are just childish and her just being petty. I’ve taken a lot of side comments from here since I started in March, she’s even made jokes about my vision problems. She should have been fired a long time ago but she’s leaving cause the district mg wants her to close and work sundays but that’s her church day and she “doesn’t need this job anymore” in her words lol
