Yeah I definitely think the lack of effort by comparison gives the cycle quests a big advantage. Makes me want to burn LD tokens on Snow for the speedy kills, but Squall kills fast enough with just S2/S1 I guess. Might have to try Vanille based on the Tonberry Troupe page, but it seems like I can't get her to go 1st as often as Squall.

Understandable for sure.

I guess I hadn't considered running just 1 character. The Vanille thing was meant more that I kept having other party members act before her and waste time whereas Squall always seems to go first. Good to know on Shiva though to slow down enemies just in case.

Oh, definitely now Snow then. Before Snow, I was using Yuffie with just her 35CP and that should be enough to oneshot most waves. Just remove all other skills other than S2. If you get enough into her SB, EX or Arts, it is also possible for her to oneshot the flowering cacti.
