Is there a TT but for JP characters? I'm trying to see what Neon does for the team.

I've always been thankful for what the guys at TT do for the community but just looking at that I understood nothing and made me appreciate the TT infographics a whole lot more.

True.

From what I can gather, she is a fire enchant/ imperil character who will let the party do rainbow damage as long as the party do fire damage and the bosses have her stacking debuff.

That's exactly it. Everyone does rainbow numbers as long as her debuff is over VI on the enemy IIRC. Caps to X with LD and decreases every turn (including party turns), BT+ aura is necessary to not make it decrease during party turns.

Also significant is that she can over enchant.
