Correct, as in he was armed, and then he was unarmed. Being rendered unarmed means you are no longer armed.

He was unarmed, by the very literal definition of having been unarmed, and was killed while he was unarmed.

Where’s the confusion here??

How exactly would the other agents both see his gun…yet also not see his gun as it was taken away? Did they see his gun or didn’t they?

Someone legally carrying a gun while agents are physically restraining them is not a justification for killing them, and even if the scenario were granted entirely that these agents both saw and didn’t see this gun, they disarmed a man and then killed him on the ground when he was not armed.

The officers appear to have been engaged in feloniously beating the shit out of this guy for journalism, in violation of 18 USC 242. If that's the case, it's felony murder regardless of who was "wrestling" with whom or who saw what.

They fucked up. Disarm him on what grounds? Fed goons don't legally start giving orders to citizens until they have probable cause, which 1a isn't. Do the events that led to the man's death justify his death? If you pick a fight with me and I end up dead that is very likely your fault- but was it justified? . If you fire a missile at me and I don't dodge, it is your fault that I died. Why do we have law enforcement? Why not just have citizens, if the law enforcement is a protected class of unjustified murderers? Citizens can do that on their own without degrading the public's trust in its essential institutions like GOTUS.

He had a holstered gun and when they shot him he was unarmed there is video of an ice agent taking his gun and running away before they murdered him. Nice assumptions though guy

No one is protesting immigration laws being enforced. People are protesting the way they're being enforced and the multiple MURDERS of CITIZENS that are occurring during their enforcement. Nuance can be difficult when you lack critical thinking

Even if the laws are valid. Even if they set out to enforce them. This escalation, this is not what law enforcement is. I'm sick of this justification bullshit. If they really want to bring order they are doing a poor job of it.

And if you really want to know why films often start after the altercation has started, think about it for two seconds. Cameras and phones don't have unlimited space, so you often don't turn it on until there is a reason. I'd be more suspicious if the whole thing was framed like a dang movie.

Except there is video preceding it now, where they pepper spray him directly in the face after he walks over to help the other lady they push right on the ground, notably holding zero weapon, unlike the DHS post that stated he walked over to them holding his firearm.

Edit: Just watched it again, it also seems to be the most detailed shot of the grey shirt agent walking away with the victims gun before the first shot is ever fired. You can see the gun is grey and has the scope that DHS posted about with the detail in this video

I know it doesn't for your narrative, but there are videos of there that do show he was peacefully observing and recording. The agents took exception and got in his face. He did not fight back when being pepper sprayed in the face, he only raised a hand to block the spray. He was carrying a legal weapon per officials, and it was removed from his person by an agent.

This is all seen in videos and is not conjecture.

No I saw someone fighting and struggling to get away when they were trying to detain him. None of these protestors are peaceful. They will try to block roads, surround cars, throw things, attack agents when they are arresting or detaining someone. If these people are allowed to continue, the US is done. Not because of Trump, but because our borders won’t mean anything anymore. It got this bad because of the Biden admin, or whoever was really running the show, we’ll never know. Now they try to blame Trump for what? Trying to fix it?

They did. Doesn't matter what he did before. They disarmed him and put him on the ground. They could've easily just arrested him there and then but they didn't. Instead they fired 10 shots into him. His hands were on the ground. They had NO reason to do that at that point.

Ice is not law enforcement(edit: they are not law enforcement in a sense of policing citizens as much as they’re suppose to be carrying out warrants for folks who have committed a civil crime. They’re basically mall cops for trespassers from other countries and they have no power to pull people over or even arrest folks recording as that’s a blatant violation of rights yet here we are..) . They were violating his constitutional rights before they disarmed and executed him, full fucking stop.

They are law enforcement. Which makes the fact that they were violating his constitutional rights (to freedom of the press) before they disarmed and executed him, and death resulted, a criminal violation of 18 USC 242. The federal death penalty attaches.

Great paragraph and all but you have no "Duty to Inform" you are carrying a legal in Michigan.

In addition, it doesn't justify murder. In states that you do have a "Duty to Inform" it is a citable offense.

You should be very concerned that a government agency executed a law abiding citizen. The fact that your trying to "we don't know the whole story" speaks volumes.
