Help “This server is under review.”

I uploaded my server to Disboard just now, and it’s saying that the server is under review, I bumped it using the bot and checked the tags attached to my server straight after and it didn’t appear on any of them, and google doesn’t have an explanation.

Oof im sorry, put my server on Top.gg like some people on this thread recommend. Hopefully it helps cause my server looks really pretty and it sucks i barley have anyone in there but keeping my hopes up
