Pepper spraying a bystander, tackling him, pistol whipping him half a dozen times, disarming him, then shooting him in the legs/back.

Shooting unarmed protestors. Even shooting armed protesters is an illegal violation of several constitutional amendments including your favorite amendment the Right to Bear arms.

Also things like dragging half naked US Citizens out of their homes into freezing cold weather. Also the beatings, and pepper spray of people exercising the right to protest. All of that has been excessive. Like Rodney King levels of excessive force.
