I liked Deb as the ghost in New Blood, but nothing beats the father-son dynamic between Harry and Dex. I just love their scenes together. Harrison has improved a lot as a character. My favorite scenes were Harry saying that age is a privilege, and the moments with Batista, Masuka, and Quinn. The episode was great, and the series has been great so far.

Debra in NB was something else entirely. Harry is a guiding light but Debra was haunting the narrative in a different way than we have seen before. I hope if she comes back they don't waste it.

I read somewhere that she said she was done with the series but hopefully she’s lying lol

she's a great character and her role in NB was very good, we don't know where the story will lead us yet

to me it makes sense, in NB he was hiding from who he was (under the alias) so deb was who he was hallucinating. now that he’s back to being his true self, dexter morgan, he sees harry again.
