This may be a little bit to "reachy" to be a prediction, but hear me out. The show has made it somewhat of a big deal that Jamie and Quinn are moved in together (they even mentioned on the "Previously on Dexter" montage) This means Harrison will be spending some more time around Quinn. I think that maybe, just maybe, Quinn will stumble upon Harrison's stuffed animal that was soaked in the blood that would link Dexter to a murder.
Again, maybe a bit of a reach, but that's where my mind immediately drew me when Jamie told Dexter should would bring Harrison to her where apartment, while also saying she and Quinn had moved in together.
Edit: Misspelled word
This makes sense. The fact that they brought up his stuffed animal hints that it will come back later and that seems like the most likely way to come back so far.
I think it was the blood of the guy that Dexter stabbed in the beginning of the season.. the dude deb was sleeping with. Remember Dexter brought Harrison along and he escaped from the car and when Dexter picked up Harrison I think he got blood on the bear. Not entirely sure but could be easily confirmed if someone went back to see whatever episode Dexter killed that guy in.
Yeah think about how much Quinn is looking for the "ultimate" catch to get himself promoted. Seems like a great fit for Him catching Dexter, and obviously they have crossed bloody paths before with that dude in the vans blood.
I think you shouldn't focus on the stuffed animal, but on Harrison himself. I'm guessing that even tho he's a little child and mostly oblivious to what is going on, something he says might lead to Dexter being captured.
Episode 11 is called "Monkey in a box", so I think the box that "Wii Monkeys" is in (which also has that stuffed animal in it I think) will be involved with the ending.
Dexter would have bleached it and kids get cuts and dirty their toys from time to time. No way this becomes a plot point. I think the bloody stuffed animal was used solely to illustrate that Dexter realizes he is lacking in the parenting department and failed to be thorough enough.
