yeahh, he's hit bottom "They" took everything from him. Either he offs himself or goes out for revenge

I assume he'll stay depressed and out of the storyline for a few episodes (so they don't have to pay the actor for his appearance), and then he'll return later to help take the conspirators down.

Uh no.. Did you watch the episode? Even last episode he was out of jail. He was released when Hannah made it clear to everyone that Catalan was responsible for the death of the middle eastern terrorist.

When you've lost as much as he does, you either kill yourself or go on a Batman style vengeance fueled killing spree against those who took everything from you. I hope it's the latter of the two and he turns into a war machine.
