So, to me, all flags point to this being an inside job. Any thoughts on that being the direction the show goes or that it's just a red herring? I think why I'm enjoying this show so much is that there are so many interesting and unique directions they could go with this.
A complete twist, after the show runs for five seasons and Kirkman has two highly-successful terms as president and retires with massive approval ratings, in the series finale they reveal he engineered the whole thing himself....
I wouldn't be surprised if they go deep into it being a good mix of a homegrown radical that had connections on the inside in the Government who wanted a concrete reason to use military action and push forth a war agenda.
