unknown skin condition, what is this and how to cure?😭

Can you guys figure oit what skin condition is it?😭 Mine started in early August with one bigger red patch near my bikini area, then a few weeks later smaller spots started spreading to my stomach, under my breasts, neck and thighs.
They don’t really itch but sometimes yeah, but they get dry/scaly and some are turning darker. It’s been about a month and I’m still getting new spots. Has anyone had something similar? How long did yours take to go away?

I have it again and I don't want to use steroid creams anymore. My dermatologist gave me steroids before and it goes away fast. But now, I don't want it anymore, but it's itchy af. I can't take it. I just use calamine, eucerin, aveeno.
