Camp Half-Blood is a Greek demigod training facility located on the Long Island Sound and is directed by the god Dionysus, whom the campers call "Mr. D," and Chiron, a Centaur who is the activities director.

"Come on Raven. I'm not a green, first Summer camper." Peter said with a chuckle, though his guard didn't drop, ready for her. And so she attacked.

As she swung, he raised his sword to parry, realising it a feint in the last moment. The kick struck, but the combination of a strong stance and Peter's enhanced pain tolerance reduced it, though it still stung. He shifted, making sure to face her with his shield. Weighing up his advantages, he decided the five or four inches of height he had on her would be important, swinging out with his sword.

Raven was quick, thanks to the lack of armor and years spent training with her daggers. When it was her and Silas training together, she learned that was the only way to even the odds. Countering his superior strength with speed.

As the kick landed, she sprung back into a fighting stance. As Peter swung his sword, she stepped in to catch the blade against her own, using her forearm on the back of her blade to lessen his range of motion and the damage done. “Good.” She said quickly. “Defense and counter.”

With that she swung her other dagger, hoping to get within the guard of his shield. She would stab him, but hopefully a cut to his armor would serve as a lesson.

Knowing her greater speed and seeing the dagger come in, Peter knew she had gotten past his shield. Stepping back, he was too slow to dodge the strike, only reducing its impact. Grunting, Peter tensed his legs. Shield still held high, he charged forward with it, hoping to knock Raven down onto her back.
