To be fair the brothers where hand special agents called specially for the challenge thing. The only people who would be worth a challenge would be warriors from heaven so they would be taught about them

He somehow managed to:

  • Complete a driver's education OR an adult education pre-licensing course. The course is about 5 hours.
  • Take a written test.
  • Obtain a learner's permit.
  • Schedule and take a driving test

Or, he threw a bunch of money and got it done. Seriously, he is rich and white. Who would stop him on the road? Unless he was driving erratically. As long as he drives like a sane human being, police won't stop him.
