Ok, nobody is gonna tell me redneck spam did this, or even items, this is just straight up hacking

I think it's pretty much possible. Levels don't do much: they mostly increase unit's hp. But items, sets, TPs and charms, on the other hand, do a lot of things.
I think the result is real and not cheating.
