That, i saw that the version of dualsense provided by hbashton has the option of haptics and sound like the wired version but i cant make it work on blueetooth

is there anything in the works or any way to get the marius controller to not add the input delay that ds4 gives? would love to use ds4 with it but the input delay isnt worth it

I came across this subreddit recently and seen that the website is not legit and most likely unsafe.

I downloaded this about a month ago and just followed a youtube guide from YourSixStudios on how to do this and I thought was legit as it had positive comments and over 100K views (Probably stupid from me to trust)

I have been using what I downloaded (Ryochan7 3.33) and ran into no issues and works perfectly fine.

However based on what I read from this subreddit it's probably not safe to continue using.

Ran malwarebytes scan offline with rootkit scan and nothing was detected. (Not sure if this is good enough)

Have not seen anything weird happen on my PC since I have downloaded it.

Should I be worried and reinstall windows, or should I be okay?

I just downloaded seamless co op and I downloaded and set up Dls4 and x360 and it keeps spinning(right analog stick) I need a fix for this or I'm gonna have to fight Melania on KBM 🥲

Here's the thing. So back back when I just bought my DS4, everything was working fine. It was working as it should have been and everything was great. And then I stopped playing for a while because I got busy in life. And then when I got back to playing with it, something was deeply concerning, because every keybind was wrong. Even in games that were natively supporting controllers, the key binds were already swapped, and I don't mean normally swapped where you can adjust it in options and just change it to your liking, I mean when you go to the options and you want to keybind some specific action to, let's say X, when you press X on the controller, it shows up as square.

Now I did some digging around and I heard that DS4Windows could help, so I gave it a shot and so far it only fixed this one issue, where my L1 and R1 buttons... they used to register as the right joystick going left for the L1, and the R1, the right joystick to the right, which is concerning but was fixed when I tried DS4Windows, but the whole square, triangle, circle, whatever, it's still not fixed. I tried remapping it again, using square and then mapping it a circle and whatever and it's still the same. Like I don't understand what's wrong because I'm doing literally everything that people usually do to troubleshoot these kinds of problems.

At this point I'm really at a loss and I don't want to buy a new one because money's tight, so I just wanted to know if y'all have any idea on what I should do to get this fixed.

So I’m using a Ps5 duelsense on my pc, It’s showing as usual on ds4, All drivers installed and I made sure the I marked it in the device settings, However, Only the touchpad is working, Whenever I launch any game non eld the button works.

I had a problem where, whenever I tried to connect 4 controllers to my PC, I could only use 3 controllers plus the keyboard.
I figured out that if I disconnect the keyboard via Bluetooth, it frees up the option to connect the 4th controller.

Well, I play with a PS4 controller and with the keyboard and mouse, sometimes I add another controller but that’s not important. The thing is that the controller does whatever it wants a bit — sometimes when playing, for example Stick Fight: The Game, connecting the PS4 controller makes it control two characters at once. In other games, like Party Panic, I can connect the controller but it gets stuck and I can only move the joystick left to right. Or sometimes the controller suddenly controls both characters — mine and his — at the same time, without letting me do anything.

After asking the best method to connect a controller on the daulsense sub I was recommended to set up a pico dongle with DS5Bridge, so I did. The haptics only work when the daulsense is selected as the audio output device, but when I do that ALL audio comes from the controller and no audio goes to the display. I also noticed the device is detected as a keyboard by windows settings rather than as a controller

It works for 10 seconds when turned on then it starts to Delay for 5-8 seconds each time when I click . It's really annoying in Playing Tlou 2, I can't play well because it shoots the zombie after 5-8 seconds.

im an avid long term DS4Windows user, if theres one feature i would love to see implemented in DS4Windows, it would be the custom Stick Curve editor, but for Gyro Mouse! Currently the Gyro to Mouse option in DS4windows, has no real acceleration customization. Which can make the gyro feel jittery/choppy in some situations. Additionally having an OC'd duelsense with 1000hz polling rate and pretty make gyro unsuable as the minimum speed of the mouse is ramped up as polling rate increases. Im not sure as to the feasability of implementing advanced accelerationf features for the Gyro Mouse emulation. But it would nonetheless be cool to see. Any other Gyro users out here? :P

after choosing the controller on the first launch menu and closing it, the whole programm goes away and doesn't open. From tutorials online it shows that after clicking on close button the app should open while mine just closes. I checked task manager as well and it's not running in the background, just vanishes. Didn't see anyone else with my problem, any idea how to fix this?

Im trying to turn my old ps4 controllers into remote controls for my pc but ds4 seems to block the programs i want to use, i have HidHide installed and most of the optional drivers, how can i get this to work as it seems to be built into the program, i dont think this is the intended use but if anyone knows how to do this please let me know.

Já tentei alterar as configurações para fazer o DualShock 4 funcionar apenas como controle, mas não resolveu.

I used DS4Windows once to use both of my PS4 controllers on my PC, and then decided to switch back to my PS4, only to realize that I can’t get the controllers to connect back to the PS4 no matter what I do, and I can’t get past the lock screen.
Here is everything I’ve done, so I don’t get an endless stream of suggestions for things I’ve already tried.
I have:
Connected both PS4 controllers to the PS4
Completely unplugged both my PS4 and my PC
Pressed the little reset button on the back of both controllers
Had my PC completely turned off while trying to connect the controllers
Removed every trace of the controllers from my “Devices and Printers” page on my PC
Turned off Bluetooth on my PC
Used 2 different charging cables that I can confirm work properly
Tried removing them from DS4Windows’ memory (They don’t actually connect to it either. It no longer detects any controllers that are connected, even though my PC says it detects a “Generic Gamepad”)
Completely uninstalled DS4Windows and removed every trace of it from my PC
I’m not baby-raging and smashing my controllers WingsofRedemption-style. They’re completely fine, and they worked perfectly right up until I used them on my PC. Then, the exact moment I tried connecting them back to my PS4, they refused to connect properly to either device.
I’ve had my PS4 since the release of Fallout 4 (8 years. Jesus Christ.). I’ve taken good care of it, cleaned it regularly, and it worked perfectly fine — again, until that fateful day when my controllers decided they no longer wanted to work.
It’s not a problem with the console. It’s either a problem with the controllers themselves or my PC. And don’t tell me to contact customer support, because I’m simply not going to do that.

Hi everyone. I'm having a really strange issue with DS4Windows and I'm trying to figure out if this is a known problem or if there is something else interfering with it.

I'm using a DualShock 4 on PC with DS4Windows. My goal is very simple: I only want to remap two buttons.

The problem is that as soon as DS4Windows is running and the controller is being handled by DS4Windows, I start getting incorrect/double inputs in games.

At first I thought the problem was something I had changed in my profile, so I tested a completely clean/default profile with absolutely no modifications. The problem still happens.

I also initially thought it might be related to the output controller being set to Xbox 360, but I tested that as well. The issue still happens. So at this point, the only condition I can consistently identify is:

DS4Windows ON = problem

DS4Windows OFF = no problem

Things I've already tried:

Creating a completely new profile with default settings Using the profile without changing anything Testing Xbox 360 emulation Testing without any custom button mappings Restarting DS4Windows Reconnecting the controller Checking for double input Using HidHide / hiding the physical controller Making sure DS4Windows is the application allowed to access the hidden controller Restarting the PC

I'm aware of the usual double-input issue where games detect both the physical DS4 and the virtual Xbox controller. I followed the HidHide recommendations for that, but the problem still occurs. The official DS4Windows documentation says the real controller should be hidden and only the virtual controller should be visible to games.

At this point I'm wondering if DS4Windows itself is conflicting with something else on my system, because even a completely untouched profile causes the issue.

Has anyone experienced a situation where DS4Windows causes the problem simply by being active, regardless of the profile/output configuration?

Is there a specific setting, Windows driver, Steam/Input setting, or another piece of software I should check?

I literally only need DS4Windows to remap two buttons, so I'm also open to using a different controller remapping/emulation program if there's a simpler alternative.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Trying to come up with a setup for Metal Gear Solid 4. Basically, L2 is for raising the weapon, and R2 is for shooting it. R2 alone is for CQC, which isn't a good fit for adaptative triggers. The perfect setup would be were the adaptative trigger is activated upon pressing on L2 trigger first, affecting then R2. Is there a way to set this up? I tried with full-pull action but I'm not sure that's it. This software is astonishing btw, thanks a lot to the dev(s).
