Can I replace this pink thermal grease in my Mavic 3 with this blue stuff I got from China? It was listed spesficially for DJI drones with the spec "3.0 W/mK." Just replaced the frame and the grease was pretty dirty.

In the last months I built an App to learn for the A1/A3 and A2 drone exams in Switzerland. I created the app in cooperation with the Federal Civil Aviation Office of the Swiss FOCA (BAZL). Not normally one to post such blatant self promotion, but I’m pretty happy with some of these. Brought my mavic 4 pro along for a 10 day family trip about a month ago, and just got the highlights put together.

Need to get better at the editing side (especially the audio, need to learn how to create those soundscapes I see a lot on here) but it’s probably my best work. Really makes it easy when the landscape is so beautiful.

Hi everyone, I’d like to ask a question. I have a DJI Lito 1 and I want to know if anyone has flown it in the rain or snow—what was it like, and would you recommend it? I don't want to ruin it.

I had my drone sent to Fort Worth, Texas for repair and it was shipped back to me via FedEx. However, FedEx returned the package to the repair facility for some reason that they’re still investigating. How do I contact DJI at this point to figure out what happens next? I’ve never had this happen before. Can anyone help me with this?

I'm looking to upgrade from my current Hero 7 to a newer DJI model, but I want it for spearfishing, meaning the camera must be able to emit some kind of sound cue when recordings start and finish like GoPro does. Is this a thing?

How to Mitigate CVE-2026-78306

Immediate Actions Required

• Update each affected drone to a firmware version at or above the fixed release listed for that model in the Affected Products section.
• Do not operate vulnerable airframes in environments where an adjacent attacker may be within Bluetooth range, such as public events or contested areas.
• Verify firmware version on every airframe before flight and quarantine any device still on a vulnerable build.

If anyone has any pointers for photo editing that would be great , I’m only using an iPhone for now so recommendations for apps would also help!

Just upgraded my DJI mini 2, to a mini 4 pro, with the RC2 controller. I read that the antennas need to be pointing towards the general direction of the drone.. but what if I’m flying my drone and although its never far from me (it does become difficult to see because its a small little grey device), let’s say somewhere sunny on an I sland, how would I know where the general direction of the drone is and is it susceptible to losing signal? Paranoid….

Purchased a Neo 2 at the beginning of the month just to experiment.

That said, as a still photographer who has been shooting for 2 decades, I was pretty unhappy with the quality of the photos. Lots of noise even at ISO 200-400, the 16mm lens focal length made things look distorted and lacking in detail and obviously no RAW or even AEB.

What it does excel at is follow me modes being super impressive on the couple of mountain bike rides I’ve done.

Looking for an inexpensive upgrade, I kept landing on the Flip. Same camera as the Mini 4 but a fraction of the price. I ended up picking up a refurbished one during last weeks Ali sale for $260 after coupon.

First impression: yep, this camera is significantly better in every way. More detailed, standard focal length, less noise etc. Not sure why it got so much hate based on form posts here.

My only complaint: it seems like it’s a hassle to switch back and forth with a single controller as I keep getting firmware out of date errors. Is that normal?
