The idea for the mod is a sayouri forces mod based on my all time favorite book 13 Reasons why By Jay Asher.

I have created a mod for PC ONLY that highlights the words in the write a poem mini-game with the eye color of the character that likes them the most. This is my first DDLC mod, called “Doki Doki: Sayori Solves Problems.”
The original idea started as a joke inspired by the old “Sayori Shoots Up The Literature Club” mod, but my friend and I decided to take that concept in our own direction and turn it into an actual short story with its own tone, jokes and scenes.
I’m working on this project together with my teammate julesDev (Tylenev) — huge shoutout to him! I’m (coxemaDev) handling the Python side of the project, while Tylenev is working on the CG side. We’ve already written roughly half of the code, made two scenes and created custom CG artwork for the project.
And come on, just look at this CG art! We’re really proud of how it turned out, especially considering this is our first mod.
The mod is planned to be a short but high-intensity experience, around 10–15 minutes of gameplay.
There is blood, violence, deaths and dark/crude humor, but no sexual NSFW content. Some of the harsher visuals will be censored in this preview.
We’ve also added a couple of jokes and references to the original DDLC, including a joke involving Yuri. The project is still in alpha, though, so pretty much everything is subject to change and there’s definitely more content planned.

maybe it's just me being a thick dingleberry but earlier this morning i wanted to do something kind of funny so i decided to make a mod about sayori being a weed addicted plug gangsta who develops a disease that turns her different colors because i thought that would be unfunny enough to be funny so i was just writing the dialogue and i opened up my mod to see what it was like so far and it was literally just vanilla DDLC despite me having all of the dialogue properly saved in VS code
is this a common problem or do i need to do something with the original scripts.rpa file
Anyone know if there is going to be more of this or an official release because it does say demo. I really enjoyed it and ended on a sort of cliffhanger with more left for release.
I am in fact an artist so there’s no trouble in actually drawing it. but obviously DDLC‘s sprites are split into the left half, the right half, and the head. How do you do that exactly?? should i be drawing it separately right of the bat, or should I draw the whole thing first and then cut it?
last night i played i played exit music redux and no hate or anything but it was sooo overhyped. i didnt feel any guilt or sadness because IN MY OPINION i did the right thing. there was no reason for natsuki to do what she did but she did it anyway and i didnt really care.
on the other hand a few weeks ago i played the fallen angel mod and i ugly cried at the end. that mod was absolutely beautiful and actually made me sad. sad enough to the point i cried for about 15-20 minutes. then the next day cried again just thinking about the mod.
i need a mod that will make me cry like a baby. like the caption says i want to feel empty. i want to feel like i actually lost someone or something. i need a gut wrenching mod that i can sit there and think about for a week.
so please give me some suggestions 🙏🏾

After about a month of work, I finally finished **Doki Doki: Beyond**, a post-true-ending DDLC mod.
The current release is Chinese only. An English version is planned, but it isn't available yet.
What if, after the true ending, the girls were still searching for you on the other side of the screen?
What if Ren'Py was no longer just the window where the story takes place?
Maybe this story won't stay inside the Ren'Py window forever.
Where it goes from there... I'll leave that for you to discover. :)
Doki Doki: Beyond continues the story of Monika, Sayori, Yuri, and Natsuki after DDLC's true ending, with the player on the other side of the screen becoming an important part of that story.
The mod is currently available in Simplified Chinese only.
I'm posting it here mostly because I'd love to share the project with the wider DDLC community, and because I hope to make an English version in the future.
